Self-hosted n8n workflows that use a local LLM. Each one reads users and settings from a Google Sheet and sends its output by Gmail.
- Two daily emails: a news digest from RSS feeds (per-user language and English level) and the day's gospel in English and Spanish, with a reflection.
- Local LLM with Ollama: no text leaves the server for an external AI service.
- Three Docker Compose containers (n8n, cloudflared, Ollama), exposed through Cloudflare Tunnel behind Cloudflare Access with a one-time PIN.
